Aquinna Homes is pleased to announce two further awards in 2025, continuing the success of previous years recognising consistent quality, workmanship and architecture.

Aquinna Homes was recognised again, as a 5-star winner in the UK Property Awards for the ‘Best Residential Development 10-19 Units, London’ for its highly aspirational luxury town house scheme in Dulwich Village with architecture perfectly complementing the existing historic dwellings in the Village.

We were also recognised again as the winner of the Global 100 awards as the ‘Best Real Estate Business of the Year’ – 2026.
