Build Contracting with Selected Partners

Aquinna Homes successfully completed a Design and Build Contract for the provision of 104 PRS residential units for Grainger Plc as part of the Berewood development in Waterlooville, Hampshire. This project demonstrated our ability to deliver a substantial number of residential units as part of a larger development.

The mix of two- and three-storey houses and apartments, using traditional construction methods, along with the necessary infrastructure works, highlights our capability to handle diverse types of residential construction projects. By utilising traditional external treatments such as brickwork, coloured rendering, clay tiles, and natural slate on the roofs, we created a visually appealing and well-constructed development.

We are actively engaging other partners to explore similar schemes and are confident that our collaborative approach and commitment to excellence will lead to further accomplishments in the residential development sector.
